Simone Consonni : Sultan of the 4th stage on Saudi Tour

A few days after 3rd place in his German teammate Max Walscheid, during the 1st stage of the Saudi Tour, Simone Constonni decided to make ''the powder speak'' and to be at the top in the most beautiful ways. In a worthy landscape  of the Quantum of Solace sets, the Italian sprinter thwarts all the plans of the Jayco-Alula team.

Yet well brought by cadence, Dylan Groenewegen finds himself, , locked up at first.

Launching his sprint more than 200 meters from the line,  between 5 and 7%, the "flying Dutchman" is ultimately exceeded 75 meters from the goal by Consonni who, to the tears, crosses the line in front of a Other Transalpin Mattéo Malucelli.

Hostilities should not be launched too early in this sprint for strong!
